2. Blank_Model_Set/  (new)
   Four of the workbooks with every input emptied, for your own asset. The
   monthly dashboard already arrives empty. Each checks sheet counts what is
   still missing and tests what holds for any inputs. The book's figures are
   in book_inputs.txt: type them back in and the book's results come back.

3. Working_Documents.pdf  (new)
   Thirteen printable pages: the acquisition case interrogated, the first
   ninety days, the delegation schedule, the committee paper, the business
   plan on one page, the rent roll as a record, the hold underwrite, budget
   and variance, accept or hold out, the lease and the occupier, recovery and
   compliance, capital and building performance, and hold, refurbish or sell
   with the quarterly report. A4, fits Letter.

4. Forty_Questions.xlsx  (new)
   Forty questions across the book, marked by the file as you type.
