   The same formulas with every input emptied. The checks sheet counts the inputs
   still empty and runs the tests that hold on any fund. The book's inputs are in
   book_inputs.txt inside this folder.

   Four working documents on eight printable pages: the ten operational
   checklists of Appendix B, the waterfall review with its nine controls, the
   quarter-end close with both routes to NAV, and the capital call notice review.
   A4, fits Letter.
