WHAT IS IN THE ARCHIVE

1. The book's four workbooks, corrected
   The_Money_and_the_Instruments.xlsx Chapters 1 and 2
   The_35_Per_Cent_Content_Test.xlsx Chapter 7
   Proposal_Economics_and_Scoring.xlsx Chapters 3 and 9
   Readiness_Interview_and_Tracker.xlsx Appendices B, C and D
00_START_HERE.md what changed is at the end
Each workbook closes on a checks sheet that reads ALL OK.

2. Blank_Model_Set/ (new)
Three of the workbooks with every input emptied: next year's figures,
your own bill of materials, your own proposal. The tracker already
arrives as a blank record. Each checks sheet counts what is still missing
and tests what holds for any inputs. The book's figures are in
book_inputs.txt: type them back in and the book's results come back.

3. Working_Documents.pdf (new)
Thirteen printable pages: whose money and which regime, one page per
target country, the NATO route, the clearance plan, the 35 per cent
content review, design authority and the evidence file, the tender arc
and the compliance matrix, the call on one page, offsets, and the four
readiness checklists with the six-month plan and the first ninety days.
   A4, fits Letter.

4. Forty_Questions.xlsx (new)
Forty questions across the book, marked by the file as you type.

5. Cases/ (new)
   Case_1_The_Offset_Package_In_Credit.xlsx Chapter 10
   Case_2_The_Advance_And_The_Malus.xlsx Chapter 4
   Case_3_Lost_On_The_Calendar.xlsx Chapters 5 and 6
Each case: the note on the first sheet, the model after it, checks at the end.

The files open in Excel, LibreOffice Calc, Google Sheets and Numbers. No macros.
